  • CAN YOU HELP ME ARRANGE AIRPORT TRANSFERS?
    We can arrange airport transfers for all international flights - ideally we require 48hours to make the arrangement, as it is arranged with an external company
  • WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE A NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST BEFORE I TRAVEL TO THE COOK ISLANDS?
    No test or proof is required prior to arriving the Cook Islands. There are also no checks for vaccination status as at 19th March 2023 - please keep in touch with the airline for further clarification
  • MY FLIGHT DEPARTS LATER IN THE DAY - IS THERE ANYWHERE TO STORE LUGGAGE?
    Yes, we are happy to store luggage for you without charge at the Muri Beach Club Hotel where I work. Please note valuables are not to be left in the shared space - all care, no responsibility
  • CAN I HAVE GROCERIES PREARRANGED AND DELIVERED TO THE HOUSE OR BUNGALOW?
    Yes, we are happy to arrange a shop prior to your arrival - payment will be required to reimburse the purchases
  • IS THERE ARE CAR PARK AT THE PROPERTY?
    Yes there is sufficient parking at the property for both cars and bikes. There is also a rental company just down the road called Island Car and Bike hire
  • DO YOU ACCEPT CHILDREN OR INFANTS AT THE PROPERTY?
    Children and Infants are most welcomed at the property - please note in terms of the Villa, the swimming pool does not have any barriers or barricades' and it is the responsibility of the occupants to ensure that young children are attended to at all times.
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    If you are booking direct, full payment is processed a month prior to arrival and no refund for any cancellation within that month (30days). It is very important that you take out the necessary travel insurance cover that will protect you in any unexpected or unfortunate event.
